The base layers form the core of your layering system and maintain the body's natural thermoregulation process. This is particularly challenging during intense training in winter weather. We designed the Zerbu Responsive Tight to provide total mobility and warmth without compromising performance.

Smart Textile Technology

The Zerbu Tight is mainly woven from super fine merino wool, ensuring optimal warmth by wicking moisture/regulating temperature and providing skin comfort. However, we knit the fibers in a blend of merino/poly and a variety of Responsive polyamide yarns in a matrix form that contains a unique blend of natural thermoreactive minerals. It reacts to the body's far infrared (FI) and gradually releases it back into the muscle tissue. The result: improved blood flow/cell performance and oxygen levels for better performance/faster recovery and warmth that lasts longer.

Moreover, the Zerbu Tight is designed from an innovative tubular knitting process that requires minimal seams for more comfort without itching, using a body mapping system. The athletic close-to-body shape is super soft and enhanced with four-way stretch due to its core-spun elastane yarns wrapped in nylon. These tights are inspired by Mount Zébrù in the Ortles massif at the border of South Tyrol and are made in Italy.
