The Dolomites offer some of the most beautiful climbing routes. Developed in collaboration with mountain guides, the Ortles 3L Powertex pants are a waterproof and breathable solution designed for tough conditions and exposed situations.

Made from our exclusive 3-layer Powertex weather protection fabric, the Ortles triple-layer pants provide a balanced combination of performance, weight, and durability. It has a high water column resistance (20,000 mm). During intense activities, the breathable membrane (20,000 g/m²/24 h) wicks moisture away to maintain thermal comfort. Its sporty cut includes a gusset for ease of movement in the crotch and pre-shaped knees for complete freedom of movement. The fitted leg hem and silicone grips ensure a snug fit on shoes (and ski boots) and keep the leg hem securely in place, reducing the risk of snagging on crampons.

These pants are a Salewa Committed product with a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish that is environmentally friendly and manufactured according to independently verified stringent environmental and social responsibility standards.
