Jump'In Double snaffle bits for horses Blue Steel

Composition : Blue Steel.

The alloy Blue Steel that covers this range of bits Jump'In is composed of 54% carbon and 46% manganese. The bits Blue Steel oxidise upon contact with air and moisture. This leads to a fine layer of rust with a sweet taste that naturally stimulates saliva production. With more saliva, the horse has better contact with its bit. During this oxidation process, the colour will change to grey/brown.

Effect: The 2-ring bit is the simplest in action, both for the rider and in the horse's mouth; the large flat rings provide just a very slight leverage effect and, above all, better framing. This bit is very suitable for young horses in their early stages.

Usage advice: This bit is one of the great classics, suitable for all types of horses. This alloy will oxidise over time and therefore rust, which will encourage the horse to relax during work.
