Jump'In Pessoa horse bits

Composition: Blue Steel. The Blue Steel alloy that covers this range of bits Jump'In is made up of 54% carbon and 46% manganese.

Effect: A rather lowering bit, the classic Pessoa has a more direct leverage effect than the German Pessoa. The single-joint self-locking mouthpiece allows for a certain play and freedom in the contact while providing the security of greater control when needed. The Blue Steel bits oxidise when exposed to air and moisture, resulting in a fine layer of rust with a sweet taste that naturally stimulates saliva production. With increased salivation, the horse establishes better contact with the bit. During this oxidation process, the colour will change to grey/brown.

Usage advice: This bit can be used with reins fixed to the lower ring, with connectors, or with two pairs of reins. The self-locking Peseta will have more action than a classic double-joint Pessoa. Its slightly slimmer mouthpiece compared to a standard one will allow for a bit more finesse in what you aim to achieve.

Care advice: Rinse the bit well after each use to limit the buildup of residues and prevent discomfort for your horse.
