Usage recommendations:

For optimal comfort and functionality, make sure your shoes have enough space to insert a new insole. You might feel a slight discomfort during the first few days of use. We recommend wearing them regularly for at least 14 days, so they can adapt to the shape of your foot and provide you with optimal support.

When replacing the existing insole with one of our comfortable insoles, ensure that the shoe has a sufficiently high heel to prevent slipping.
