The requirements for the perfect outer fabric for backpacks can be defined by four properties: durability, wear resistance, hydrophobicity and lightness. This is exactly what 210D Ripstop Nylon offers. A quadruple PU coating of the lightweight nylon base provides moisture protection and wear resistance. A microweave of fibers divides the base material into square segments to prevent any extension of tears, hence the name Ripstop.
