Description
This regulator replaces the internal regulator of Nippon Denso alternators, commonly used on certain Suzuki GSX-R/Bandit, Yamaha FJ and Kawasaki Ninja models.
Although it looks different from the original regulator, it fits perfectly and has better heat dissipation capability and includes an overload protection circuit.
This circuit is important because it shuts off the regulator if the alternator rotor is short-circuited, which is a common problem.
