RFX Aluminium chain tensioner Pro

The axle blocks RFX series are designed to speed up and improve wheel changes thanks to easy fitting and more precise alignment.

Made from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminium using CNC.

Fitting Instructions

• Start by putting the bike on a stand to lift the rear wheel off the ground.
• Loosen the rear axle nut and remove the axle.
• Lift the chain off the sprockets and remove the rear wheel.
• Remove the old axle blocks.
• Take out the old axle block bolts.
• Remove the axle from the axle block (KTM only). You may need to use heat and a vice, but be careful not to damage the axle.
• Reinstall the axle onto the new axle block (KTM only), making sure to use red threadlock.
• Clean around the swingarm, ensuring it's clear of dirt.
• Take the new axle blocks RFX and place them on the swingarm, making sure the alignment and bolts are in position.
• Clean the axle and axle nut.
• Apply waterproof grease to the axle and wheel spacers.
• Replace the wheel into its original position by lifting it and putting the chain back in place.
• Insert the axle all the way through and put the axle nut back in place, without fully tightening it.
• Align the wheel shape using the axle blocks and adjust the chain to the correct tension (refer to the user manual for the correct tension).
• Tighten the axle nut to the correct torque according to the user manual.
