RFX Chain tensioner Pro Husqvarna TC65

The axle blocks RFX Pro series are designed to speed up and improve wheel changes with easy fitting and more precise alignment.

Made from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminium using CNC machining.

Fitting instructions

• Start by placing the bike on a stand to lift the rear wheel off the ground.
• Loosen the rear axle nut and remove the axle.
• Lift the chain off the sprocket and remove the rear wheel.
• Remove the old axle blocks.
• Remove the old axle block bolts.
• Remove the axle from the axle block (KTM only). You may need to use heat and a vice, but be careful not to damage the axle.
• Reattach the axle to the new axle block (KTM only) making sure to use red thread lock.
• Clean around the swingarm ensuring it is clean and dirt-free.
• Take the new axle blocks RFX and place them on the swingarm, ensuring alignment and bolts are in place.
• Clean the axle and axle nut.
• Apply waterproof grease to the axle and wheel spacers.
• Replace the wheel back into its original position by lifting it and reattach the chain.
• Insert the axle fully and replace the axle nut without tightening it completely.
• Align the wheel’s shape using the axle blocks and adjust the chain to the correct tension (check the user manual for the correct tension)
• Tighten the axle nut to the correct torque as per the user manual.
