Pro Series Engine Timing Plugs

The RFX Pro Series engine timing plugs are made from 7075-T6 aluminium for increased dimensional stability under high heat and pressure. CNC machining ensures tight manufacturing tolerances, allowing these plugs to stay in place unlike the original plastic plugs which are prone to failure.

The RFX plugs also feature 8 mm and 6 mm hex heads for easier installation.

Installation Instructions:

• Remove the old plug, usually made of plastic and removed with a large flat wrench.
• Take off the O-ring from the original plug, clean it, and replace it on the new plug.
• Clean the threads being careful not to drop any dirt inside.
• Install the new plug and tighten with the appropriate hex key.
