Engine Timing Plugs Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series engine timing plugs are machined from 7075-T6 aluminium for improved dimensional stability under high heat and pressure. CNC machining ensures tight manufacturing tolerances, allowing these plugs to stay in place, unlike the original plastic plugs that are prone to failure.

The RFX plugs also feature 8 mm and 6 mm hex heads for easier installation.

Installation Instructions:

• Remove the old plug, usually made of plastic and removed with a large flat spanner.
• Remove the O-ring from the original plug, clean it and replace it on the new plug.
• Clean the threads, being careful not to let any dirt fall inside.
• Install the new plug and tighten it with the appropriate hex key.
