The conical handlebars RFX Pro Series F8 are designed and tested at the highest level of competition.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium, the F8 Taper handlebars incorporate Oversize Taper Extension (OTE) technology for optimal strength and shock protection, while Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) technologies provide calibrated flexibility and reduce machine vibrations to minimise rider fatigue.

The design of the F8 conical handlebars also includes an integrated crossbar that gives a slightly firmer feel compared to the F7 design, making it the preferred choice for some expert and professional riders.

The OTE technology consists of an extension of the oversized central section (28.6 mm). Extending this section beyond the final curvature of the handlebar adds significant strength to the most vulnerable part of any handlebar. Coupled with a constant wall thickness of 5 mm even beyond the curves, the F8 Taper handlebar is one of the lightest and strongest handlebars on the market.

The EFT technology is designed to provide a slight flexibility to the handlebars. A carefully selected internal wall thickness of 5 mm in the lift and taper area reduces the effects of jolts during significant impacts while giving the rider maximum feel of the front end in corners. The F8 handlebars offer a slightly firmer feel than the F7 due to the integrated crossbar.

The PDC technology uses a thicker wall of 5.3 mm in the grip area, calculated to balance and dampen the effects of handlebar vibrations. This principle is similar to the counterweights used on sports bikes but is specifically designed and tested to fit the range of vibrations produced by modern high-performance four-stroke motocross bikes.
