RFX Rear wheel spacer for motorcycle Kawasaki Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour, they resist surface wear and reduce dirt entry into the hub, extending the life of the bearings.

A rear shoulder keeps the spacers attached to the seals, preventing them from falling during maintenance and speeding up wheel changes.

Mounting instructions:

1. Place the motorcycle on a lift, with the wheels off the ground.
2. Remove the large axle nut and loosen the pinch bolts at the bottom of the fork clamp.
3. Extract the wheel axle; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if the axle is stuck.
4. The front wheel can then be removed.
5. The rear wheel should be free enough to push forward and free the chain from the sprocket.
6. Remove the rear wheel.
7. Remove the wheel spacers.
8. Clean the inside and around the seals with a contact cleaner (for example, Maxima Electrical Contact) and regrease under the seal.
9. Fit the new spacers.
10. Separate the brake pads in the calipers to make repositioning the wheel easier.
11. Replace the wheels and insert the axles.
12. Reattach the chain and adjust the tension via the axle adjusters.
13. Tighten the axle nuts to the recommended torque.
14. Once the motorcycle is on its wheels, compress the fork several times to align the tubes, then tighten the pinch bolts.
15. Engage the brakes to realign the calipers.
