RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Sherco Pro Series

The wheel spacers RFX Pro Series are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to enhance durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt penetration into the hub, thereby extending the life of the bearing.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them secured to the seals, this reduces the risk of dropping during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The products RFX are tested and used by many high-level British Grand Prix and Motocross teams.

Assembly Instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main spindle nut and loosen the pinch bolts on the bottom of the forks.
• Remove the wheel spindle, a brass punch and hammer may be needed if tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Push the brake pads away from the calipers to make wheel refitting easier.
• Reinstall the wheels and insert the spindles.
• Reinstall the chain and adjust the appropriate tension by adjusting the axle adjusters.
• Torque the main spindle nuts to the appropriate specification.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks.
