RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Beta Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the stock parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodized in colour to enhance durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt from entering the hub, thereby extending the bearing life.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them secured to the seals, this reduces the risk of dropping them during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The RFX products are tested and used by many top-level Grand Prix and British Motocross teams.

Fitting Instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main shaft nut and loosen the pinch bolts at the bottom of the fork.
• Take out the wheel shaft; a brass drift and a hammer may be needed if tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner like Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Spread the brake pads inside the calipers to make it easier to refit the wheel.
• Re-fit the wheels and insert the shafts.
• Re-fit the chain and adjust the proper tension by adjusting the axle spacers.
• Tighten the main shaft nuts to the appropriate torque.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks.
