Installation instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using an adjustable wrench.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the outer edge of the hub ensuring it is clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, ensuring it fits well and the bolt holes are correctly positioned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Hand-tighten the nuts onto the bolts, making sure the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and evenly tighten the nuts.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel to the bike ensuring the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
