The RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest level by race teams in world and British championships.

The dual sprocket design offers optimal performance, reduced weight thanks to a 7075-T6 aluminium centre, and longer tooth life due to the outer shell made of special high-density carbon steel.

The Armalite sprockets also feature a hexagonal interface between the inner and outer rings, a groundbreaking technology for sprockets that maximizes transmission between the two parts and completely eliminates the force applied to the rivets.

Installation instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel lifted off the ground.
• Remove the chain and the wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a wrench.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the perimeter of the hub, ensuring it is clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, ensuring it fits well and the bolt holes are properly aligned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite on each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, ensuring that the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel to the bike, ensuring that the chain is properly aligned and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
