Installation Instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and rear wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts with a wrench.
• Remove all the nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the hub area making sure it is clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub making sure it fits properly and the bolt holes are correctly positioned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts for the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Hand-tighten the nuts onto the bolts, ensuring the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Put the wheel back on the bike, ensuring the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
