The RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest levels by the racing teams of world and British championships.

The two-sprocket design offers optimal performance, reduced weight thanks to a 7075-T6 aluminium centre, and longer tooth life due to the special high-density carbon steel outer layer.

The Armalite sprockets also feature a hexagonal interface between the inner and outer rings, a groundbreaking technology for sprockets that maximises the transmission between the two parts and eliminates any force on the rivets.

Mounting instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel elevated off the ground.
• Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a wrench.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the perimeter of the hub ensuring it is clean and free from debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, ensuring a snug fit and correct positioning of the bolt holes.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite on each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, ensuring the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and evenly tighten the nuts.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reinstall the wheel onto the bike, ensuring the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
