Installation Instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a wrench.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the hub perimeter ensuring it is clean and free from debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub making sure it fits well and the bolt holes are positioned correctly.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand ensuring that the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel to the bike making sure that the chain is properly aligned and tensioned according to the manufacturer's specifications.
