RFX Motorcycle crown TM Racing Pro Series Armalite 520

The RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest level by racing teams in world and British championships.

The dual-sprocket design offers optimal performance, lightweight due to an aluminium 7075-T6 centre, and a longer tooth lifespan thanks to the outer layer made from special high-density carbon steel.

The Armalite sprockets also feature a hexagonal interface between the inner and outer rings, a groundbreaking technology that maximises the transmission between the two parts and eliminates any force on the rivets.

Installation instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a spanner.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean around the hub ensuring it's free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub making sure it fits well and the bolt holes are correctly positioned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts for the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, ensuring the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel to the bike, ensuring the chain is properly aligned and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
