RFX Mapping Button OEM

The buttons and switches from the RFX Race series are replacement parts of the OEM type. They come with the same fittings, mounts, connectors, and cable lengths as the original part.

Available for a wide range of motorcycles.

Installation instructions:

• Start by removing the front plate.
• Carefully cut the zip ties holding the cables for the start and stop switches to the bars, then unscrew the clamps and let them hang.
• Locate the switch connector on the motorcycle; they are often near the steering column on the frame, but sometimes under the tank.
• Detach the connector and remove the switch while noting the wire routing.
• Clean the connector using an electrical contact cleaner.
• Lightly secure the new switch to the handlebars in the desired position.
• Route the wires as they were on the old switch and reconnect the connector.
• Check the freedom of movement of the wires by fully turning the handlebars and making sure the wires are not too tight, adjusting if necessary.
• Reposition the zip ties on the wires, placing the cables at the back of the bars to prevent damage from projections.
• Reattach your front plate.
