The buttons and switches from the RFX Race series are OEM replacement parts. They come with the same fittings, fixtures, connectors, and cable lengths as the original part.

Installation instructions:

• Start by removing the front plate.
• Carefully cut the zip ties holding the starting and stopping switch cables to the bars, then unscrew the clamps and let them hang.
• Locate the switch connector on the motorcycle, they are often near the steering column on the chassis, but sometimes under the tank.
• Detach the connector and remove the switch while noting the routing of the wires.
• Clean the connector with an electrical contact cleaner.
• Slightly attach the new switch to the handlebars at the desired location.
• Route the wires as they were on the old switch and reconnect the connector.
• Check the freedom of movement of the wires by turning the handlebars fully to ensure the wires are not too tight, adjust if necessary.
• Reposition the zip ties on the wires, placing the cables at the back of the bars to avoid damage from debris.
• Replace your front plate.
