Ixil Exhaust Pipe Connector Spare Parts Suzuki SV 650

Exhaust line IXIL for SV 650 / S, years 04-05. Remove the airbox cover. Disconnect the air intake duct. Loosen the exhaust clamps with a spanner and remove the exhaust mounting screws. Carefully take off the silencer. Be careful not to damage the lambda sensor. If your model has one, disconnect it carefully. Then, remove the brake disc screws to detach the exhaust system from the collector. If necessary, replace the exhaust gasket to ensure optimal sealing when installing the new exhaust IXIL. For reassembly, follow the steps in reverse order. Make sure to tighten all components according to the manufacturer's specifications. Once the installation is complete, start the bike to check for any leaks and enjoy the new sound of your SV 650 / S.
