R&G Racing Covers for motorcycle engines Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE [800]

These new engine covers have been developed in collaboration with selected racing teams and tested during the R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R Trophy. Made from 4 mm polypropylene to ensure strength, durability, and aesthetics.

They perfectly complement the crash protections. The covers simply attach over the original engine casing, with no glue or disassembly required. Slim design for maximum clearance, ultra-lightweight, matte finish, and effective protection for one of the most vulnerable parts of the bike. An economical solution compared to the cost of a new engine casing or removing mechanical debris.

Used worldwide by thousands of riders, circuit day enthusiasts, the California Superbike School (USA), and the Chris Walker Race School (UK). The entire range of R&G engine covers (ECCs) and engine protection kits (KECs) is approved by the British Superbike Championship (BSB) and the MotoAmerica Series for any competition sanctioned by these organisations. This approval guarantees tested protection that meets the requirements of racing authorities in the event of an accident.

These high-end engine protections are now available in a kit, including all the suitable engine covers for each motorcycle model in one set. Developed on track and adapted for the road, they are designed from 4 mm polypropylene for increased strength and durability, and are approved by BSB & MotoAmerica.
