Modal, originally developed in Japan as a substitute for silk, is extremely comfortable, soft and retains its elasticity even after repeated washings. Micromodal beech cellulose fibers are compostable and degradable. Polyamide increases the strength of the fabric and improves its durability despite its light weight.
