HMS Multifunction extension set DC31

DC31 HMS is a bar with rubber bands that allows for a wide range of exercises. It's a lightweight piece of gear for universal use. It can replace thera bands, but it's much easier to use. It works well for training and rehabilitation. DC31 can be used to work on both upper and lower muscle groups. It's very versatile equipment, regardless of the user's skill level. Three levels of resistance provided by the bands ensure varied intensity for each exercise. Thanks to the bar, it's possible to perform exercises focused on joint mobility and overall coordination. Exercises can be done by placing the rubber band under your feet and moving the bar, or vice versa, placing the bar under your feet and using the bands. An additional handle allows the bands to be attached to the door, enabling a few extra exercises.
