The ZG1600 collars HMS tighten in two steps - with a side screw that presses the jaws perpendicularly against the bar, and with a locking ring that ensures maximum load security and eliminates any movement between the plates. This solution provides maximum safety and comfort during exercise. The collars are easy to use, and each weighs 2.5 kg, so they can be used as additional weight. The collars are made of solid, polished steel. No tools are needed for their use; thanks to the pin, the screw tightens easily. Their design, based on a short body, leaves a lot of space on the loading sleeve for maximum load on the bar.
