FG02 HMS is a set of covers for dumbbells suitable for any exercise with dumbbells or free weights. They are ideal for bench press, dumbbell/barbell rows, and deadlifts.

The covers require more effort. Thus, they largely help to work the forearm muscles and, consequently, grip strength. After using the covers, training with a standard barbell or dumbbells is much easier and more effective.
