The Nordic walking poles NW802 Nils Extreme feature a telescopic structure, allowing for quick and easy length adjustment based on the user's height. The NW802 Nils Extreme poles are equipped with an internal shock absorption system that absorbs vibrations and protects the joints even during intensive walking. The poles are intended for flat and paved surfaces as well as soft terrains. Nordic walking is a sport that holistically develops the muscular system and significantly improves our body's efficiency. The glute, calf, thigh, arm, shoulder, chest, and abdominal muscles are all engaged when walking with the poles. Involving such a large muscle group has a really positive impact on improving our overall fitness level.
