How to Custom Fit Your OPRO Mouthguard
You Will Need:

Bowl of hot water

Bowl of cold water

Spoon

Timer

Optional: Mouthguard holder (for models that include one)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Holder Preparation (if included): Practice placing the holder in your mouth without the mouthguard to get comfortable.

Boil & Soften: Place the mouthguard in hot water for 20 seconds. Remove with a spoon and shake briefly to remove water.

Moulding: Place the mouthguard in your mouth (with or without holder). Bite down firmly and maintain pressure for 30-60 seconds.

Cool: Remove and place in cold water for 30 seconds. For best results, refrigerate 15 minutes or leave at room temperature 1 hour before use.

Note: For youths, an adult should supervise the moulding process.
