Pulsara Digital fence and battery voltmeter

Digital fence tester and battery tester in one. The measuring range of the fence voltmeter is between 1000 and 12,000 volts, and indicates voltage in kV. Voltage pulses above 12,000 volts are indicated by "HI". This digital voltmeter can also test battery voltage. The measurement range is from 6 to 19.9 Volts. The voltmeter switches on and off at lui-même when testing the battery. All necessary test probes and a soft case are included. The unit is powered by a 9V battery (not included).
