Every shoe starts with the shape. That’s why Gaerne has developed a range of sizes designed to fit the anatomy of the foot, the pedalling style, and the needs of every cyclist. This shoe features the G.PRO FIT WIDE, which maintains the same racing performance and precision of the G.PRO Fit while providing extra volume at the front of the foot for more comfort and freedom of movement.
The upper is made of G.Frametex, an innovative material developed by Gaerne that offers greater foot stability and enhances the shoe's lightness. Strategically placed laser perforations ensure excellent ventilation, keeping your feet cool and dry throughout the ride.
The INFIT 1.0 CLOSURE SYSTEM has differentiated zonal adjustments, with an asymmetrical design controlled by two BOA® Li2 buttons, providing increased stability during pedalling, a precise fit, optimised power transfer, and minimised pressure points.
The BOA® Li2 DIAL F platforms have a sleek and streamlined design. The rubberised finish ensures superior grip and control, while the Li2 button tightens by turning outwards and loosens by turning in the opposite direction, allowing for precise and effortless adjustments.
The COMFORT TONGUE 1.0 is seamlessly constructed with variable thickness and incorporates a premium cushioning layer for enhanced comfort and breathability.
The INTEGRATED ANTI-SLIP HEEL CUSHION 1.0 improves foot stability and control, reducing unwanted movement thanks to its internal anti-slip treatment. This results in superior support and improved power transfer.
Designed for maximum stability and comfort, the anatomical insole offers enhanced support at the heel and midfoot area. Strategically placed perforations align with the ventilation openings of the sole, improving airflow to create an ideal microclimate inside the shoe. The GAERNE EPS Lightweight Full Carbon 12.0 sole is an ultra-light and ultra-thin sole designed with an optimised carbon fibre weave to ensure that every watt of power is transferred to the pedals. The shape of the sole enhances foot stability in the arch area, while four vents ensure excellent ventilation inside the shoe. A non-slip toe insert and an interchangeable rear pad improve durability and functionality. The customizable cleat positioning, with an alignment scale, allows for a personalised adjustment. The rigidity index is exceptional, rated at 12, offering ultimate efficiency in power transfer.
