• This BPA-free double knife sharpener sharpens smooth-edged knives in seconds. Features 2 sharpening zones separated by a plastic cover transparent: standard and high precision. Each zone consists of 2 hard (thick) carbide steel discs for emptying burrs and 2 fine ceramic discs for finishing the edge. It's easy to use, as you only need to push the cutting edge to an angle of ° with light pressure. Finger recesses provide simple, safe control.
