The SAFETY LEVEL Ergotec® is a safety classification for bike accessories.
The products Ergotec® have a SAFETY LEVEL ranging from 1 to 6.
The higher the level, the greater the safety.
Defined according to the latest European standards, the Ergotec® "Safety level" concept
is based on safety levels depending on:
- the type of bikes
- the rider's weight
- and their equipment.
These safety levels are engraved on handlebars, stems, and seat posts.
