The new Ura jacket guarantees 100% waterproofing in all intensities of rain. To provide a rain jacket with these features, it is made entirely from the new GORE-TEX Active fabric, and the seams are completely thermo-sealed to ensure total waterproofing. The fabric is special for its three-layer construction and its very lightweight high-performance material, where each layer serves a specific function to offer maximum breathability while acting as a waterproof barrier throughout the lifetime of the jacket, maintaining body temperature and functioning as a windbreaker. The thermo-sealed seams prevent water from entering at critical points; for these seams, the inside is covered with a fine strip of GORE-TEX fabric, using heat as the only method to achieve total waterproofing in all seams of the jacket. We use a water-resistant zip with Aquaguard technology to prevent water entry and a reinforced inner flap that protects the entire zipper, which is made entirely from the same GORE-TEX Active fabric. The result is a very lightweight jacket that can be carried in one of the jacket pockets or on your back, taking up very little space in your kit, and it can also be used as a windbreaker in low temperatures.
