The anatomical bit Sweet Iron from Waldhausen stands out for its mouthpiece designed to suit all horses. The Sweet Iron series is made of blued steel: it begins to oxidise when exposed to moisture (air), resulting in the formation of a lovely brown-grey rust on the surface. This stimulates the horses' saliva production. They foam more, which increases acceptance of the bit.
