• Alloy 6061 is commonly used in the construction of yachts, car frames and diving cylinders. This aluminum alloy is designed to last a long time under very high pressures.
• 3D forging - A solid block of heated aluminum is forged and pressed into the desired mold. The advantage of this technology is that there is no need for welding - everything is made from a single block of alloy. The result is a lighter, stronger component.
• T6 - treatment of the material by cyclic changes in specific conditions to achieve a significant increase in structure. Also called "aging process".
