Commissars are ruthless officers integrated into the Astra Militarum and charged with maintaining the morale, discipline and loyalty of their regiment. Empowered to summarily execute any soldier who fails in his duty, they are sullen and feared characters. The Commissars' devotion to the Imperium is unmistakable, and they fight with fanatical courage to inspire the same fervor in all those upon whom their inquisitive gaze falls.

This plastic kit assembles a Commissar, a disciplinary officer from the Officio Prefectus. Draped in an ominous long coat and topped with an emblematic cap, this figure is armed with a bolter pistol for administering the Emperor's justice, on allies and enemies alike, and can be assembled with either a cruel chainsaw sword or a single-edged energy sword, both equipped with a wrist generator. A rubble-covered scenic base is also included, to raise this sinister overseer above the pedestrians.

The kit comprises 12 plastic parts and comes with a 28.5 mm round Citadel base. This figure is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paint.
