The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
