Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the event of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
