Are the db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems occur during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
No structural modifications of the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if it were on the track only, without bags, without flashlights, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair at the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
