The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for repair will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor is at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
