The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the altered gas angle resulting from the transformation to the race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any requests for compensation will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.

Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on public road networks.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code.
