No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the store's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust includes a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate support or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with reversion to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It features a black titanium sleeve that is ceramic-treated and resistant to high temperatures and CNC machined end caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.
