Collector and catalyst: the kit includes the specific collector in which the catalyst is mounted; it can be installed without cutting or making modifications, flanges, rings, supports, and bolts are included if necessary.

Are removable db killers and catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering bolts or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, alongside installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In the event of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity immediately, and to seek information and/or advice from customer service.
If you buy online, it is recommended to purchase the product from a SELLER IN YOUR COUNTRY to ensure that the item arrives with the proper approvals, which must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before purchasing that the seller is trustworthy and offers items for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as on track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or any parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the point of purchase, with repair rights returning to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
