Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlights and number plate supports or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot supply a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
