No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only on the track, without luggage, flashlight, license plate holder or other parts that might interfere with the different angle of the gas due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. As of the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with a return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo silencer from GPR, manufactured in Poppy, was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during the debut with the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, and the LCR team with rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is tapered, with a special shape, ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and length, depending on the chosen bike. It features a body made of stainless steel with a carbon appearance finish, CNC machined stainless steel end caps, and a pentagonal outlet with db killer.

Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.
