Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not conform to EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
