Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or other parts that might conflict with the altered gas angle due to conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
